Hi, My name is Susie Moore. I’m a licensed professional counselor with a masters degree in counseling psychology, and I am based in Philadelphia, PA. I’ve been in the counseling field for about five years. I have worked with clients between the ages of 7 and 70 and from a variety of cultural backgrounds. I have experience treating a wide range mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, ADHD, and addiction. My counseling style is rooted in a strength-based, person centered philosophy. I strive to be a genuine, authentic, and empathic presence, and to build safe and trusting relationships with my clients. I also use techniques from other counseling modalities including CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy.
