Hello! I have been a licensed social worker in Florida since 1997. I have also been teaching Yoga, breathwork and mindfulness for over 20 years. I love to combine traditional therapy techniques with those found in Yoga to create mind-body awareness in the reduction of stress and anxiety. I believe that YOU are the expert of your story and your experiences, and that you already have everything you need inside of you to heal.
