I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Psychotherapist. I’ve worked in many fields of Mental Health and approach my clients from a holistic point of view. I believe that one problem, or challenge in us, is reflected in other parts of our lives. If you work on one part the other parts will change as well. It’s all interconnected. I do work within the modalities of, Mindfulness, Solution Focused therapy, CBT, as well as others, as needed. I believe in the extremely important relationship of building rapport with my clients. I believe that you have the answers and I will come alongside you to find them!! I’m lighthearted, and compassionate, but will also challenge you to become the best you can be.
