Welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas and have 3 years of experience with individuals and groups in the public school setting. I have worked with clients to help manage anxiety and depression, navigate grief and major life adjustments, and cope with trauma. My counseling style is open and accepting, my goal is to create a safe space for you to grow and heal. I believe a good therapeutic relationship is built with trust and authenticity. My approach combines humanistic and cognitive-behavioral counseling. I will work alongside you to identify and master your unique and specific goals.
