I am a licensed clinical social worker in the states of TN, FL, and SC with over 10 years of social work experience. I see both therapy and life coaching clients in my private practice. I’ve worked with a wide range of people from various backgrounds from childhood trauma to military and every day stress management and self care. I love not only helping people process and heal trauma, but also assisting every day people to find better ways to manage stress by committing to self care and creating space and regiments that work for them. As a clinician with varied experience, I borrow from many different treatment approaches depending on what may be the best approach for the client as I am a firm believer in person centered care and having a strength based perspective which helps to maximize the strengths and resources that the client already has in helping them to reach their goals.
