Welcome! I am so glad that you have taken that brave first step to look for help. I hope that this will be the start of healing and finding solutions. I would love to be the person to help you complete your work. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the Central Texas area. I have spent the last 11 years helping a variety of different age groups work towards solutions utilizing my counseling degree. I have worked with children of all ages, teens, military populations, and couples. I love counseling or partnering (as I call it), to help others. I utilize a variety of counseling methodologies which include motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, Narrative counseling, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Combining these different approaches has allowed me to make sure that each person is comfortably served while working with me.
