Hi! I come with over 15 years of clinical professional work experience in the mental health field. For these years, I have dedicated my work to navigating clients of diverse backgrounds through difficult challenges in their lives-often caused by stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict/trauma, and transitional life issues. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I firmly believe in providing a safe environment for all of my clients-regardless of their diverse background.
