I am a clinician with a certification in marriage and family therapy. I have enjoyed all 16years of experience in the behavioral health profession. Throughout the years I have committed to working with client’s on topics related to conflict resolution, communication, anxiety, depression and major life changes. I enjoy using mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavioral and solution-focused therapeutic approaches to create my style of engaging.
