I am Tamesha Thompson Sims, LPC-S. I am licensed in Louisiana and Texas with 26 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, anger management, self esteem, confidence and other life transitions. I strive to create a comfortable and non-judgmental environment to allow clients the opportunity to openly express their thoughts and feelings. My therapeutic approach is tailored to meet the needs of each client and will include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and/or Solution Focused Therapy. I believe that you the client are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you within your daily life.
