Hello! My name is Taresa Spade, LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker). I am licensed and practicing in MT, CA, and HI. My work is focused on healing from trauma, abuse, loss (death, divorce, break-ups, etc), anxiety and working through major life changes. The path to becoming a therapist, for me, was created by the battles (sometimes brutal) and successes I’ve faced during my lifetime. Through years of education and practice, my passion for helping people discover their inner peace, confidence, resilience, purpose, and personal power has become consistently stronger. I know how hard it can be to reach out for help. I also know you and the people around you are worth it! I have a friendly, pragmatic, direct, compassionate personality and a firm belief that we are ALL in the process of healing, learning, and growing. Just like everything in nature and every human creation, we rely on support and encouragement to realize our potential in this life. I have a strong background in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Humanistic Therapies and additional complementary therapies and techniques including EMDR.
