I am a licensed mental health counselor with several years of experience in clinical mental health. I have worked in many different settings including community mental health. In these various settings, I have provided mental health evaluations, consulted and completed threat evaluations for schools, provided individual, group, and family counseling; in addition, I have provided case management and link families to other services and outside resources. I have experience with many different disorders: PTSD, depression, anxiety, various trauma disorders, mood disorders, as well as adjustment disorders. My approach to counseling is an eclectic approach utilizing various evidence based modalities that tailors to the needs of my clients.
