I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 6 years of experience working as a clinician and mental health counselor. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns such as adjustment disorders, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, domestic violence, Family issues, depression, anxiety, developmental disorders, mood disorders, grief and loss, and criminogenic risk factors. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. My therapy style involved being open, non-judgmental and collaborative. I treat all clients with respect and dignity and always do my best to be culturally competent. I am passionate about my client centered approach and seek to help others feel comfortable and de-stigmatized. Treatment modalities that I am experienced in are cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, solutions focused therapy, and overall a trauma informed approach.
