I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in the State of Florida with over 10 years of experience working in the Mental Health field. Since every person’s journey is different, my approach is more of an eclectic approach; I may use a cognitive behavior technique to address one area of concern, and then use a client-centered or a solution technique to address another area of concern.
