I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in North Carolina with 10 years of counseling experience. Most of the clients I work with have concerns around anxiety, depression, sleep issues, relationships and social challenges. I have also worked with many people who have experienced trauma or emotional abuse. I often use cognitive-behavioral methods along with motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy and other approaches as indicated by your specific plan for treatment.
