Hello, and welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New Jersey. I have about fifteen years of experience in the social work field, and five years of experience working one on one as an individual therapist. I particularly enjoy working with participants who are struggling with depression and anxiety due to life changes, or difficulty in relationships with friends, family, or significant others. I am an ENM friendly therapist. While my experience with clients in this lifestyle has been limited, I think it is important to identify myself as someone who is friendly to ethical nonmonogamy, and may be able to understand some unique situations better than someone who looks at things only through the lens of monogamy. I utilize mainly Motivational Interviewing and Client Centered therapy in my practice. I tend to focus more on the here-and-now, the feelings that you are experiencing in the present; tools and tricks to deal with the stressors that are invading your every day life. Please note that I do not offer video or phone sessions, only chat and messaging. We would be a good fit if you are most comfortable with text-based communication.
