I have extensive experience working with teenage girls (as a former Educator, mentor, & family therapist) working on improving self-esteem, parental conflicts, and anger management. I work to assist adult women to develop greater self-awareness while learning how to manage daily stressors, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, & parenting issues.
