I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina aiming to help clients with trauma and stress, depression, anxiety, and parenting difficulties. By using evidence-based treatment models, I am committed to collaboratively optimizing mental wellness and empowering you to grow according to your personal values. I will work with you to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. In taking an active treatment approach directed by your goals, I will assist you in enhancing resources through skill building and bringing awareness to patterns that are not effective in your life. I currently facilitate Circle of Security Parenting (COSP) groups and provide individual therapy that is trauma-informed, mindfulness based, and with a compassion focused lens.
