I am a licensed therapist in Colorado with over 10 years of professional work experience. I have an LPC and received my MA in Counseling and Human Services from the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem, confidence, & depression. My approach to therapy is very client-centered and focused on goal setting and achieving those goals. I utilize my extensive training in Dialectical Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients improve relationship skills, emotional regulation, mindfulness practices, and how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
