I have experience in helping clients with relationship issues, family conflicts, trauma, abuse, motivation, self esteem, confidence, & concentration/memory. I Specialize in Narcissistic Abuse Recovery as well as the unique experiences of those who are Neurodivergent(Adhd, Autism, Audhd). I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
