I am licensed in Florida with 7 years of professional work experience. I have experience working with adults, teenagers, and families. I take a cognitive behavioral, motivational interviewing, and person-centered approach. I create a welcoming environment with all of my clients while meeting their individual needs. I’ve known I wanted to be a therapist since I was in high school; I was always the person my friends would come to for their problems. I grew to love the field even more as I developed my career. I believe that everyone is unique in how we process and work through our problems. I believe in the rights of others and work to better understand other values without judgment. I believe that everyone deserves a safe place where they can freely express themselves without feeling judged or misunderstood while also being a place for them to grow. Working with me looks like a safe place where you can let go of all your worries and learn to deal with them. I like to make the conversations as natural as possible, validating your experiences but also holding you accountable when needed. I help you identify what you want to change and ways to go about changing it.
