Hello! First of all I would like to commend you on taking a positive step towards improving your mental health. Whether you are new or returning to counseling, this is probably the hardest step. I know it is difficult to reach out and ask for help, so I will try to make it as easy as possible. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with over 15 years of experience. I’ve worked with different populations in my career to include veterans, order adults, young adults and teens, men, women and members of the LGBTQ+ community.
