I am licensed in Washington (currently inactive and renewing my license) and currently licensed in New Mexico with 10 + years of professional work experience in counseling adult and teen individuals, groups and couples. I have been in multiple social work positions dating back to 1987. Past experience includes many years in the legal system. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, intimacy related issues, & motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming beliefs, thoughts and prior actions that challenge you.
