I am a client center therapist with 23 years of working in the substance abuse and mental health field. I have worked with various populations which include adolescents, clients with co-ocurring disorders and a variety of ages, couples, families and clients of ultra high net worth. I have assisted people in addressing challenges related to major depressive disorder, borderline personality disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, alcohol and substance use disorder and complex trauma. I believe my strongest asset is my belief that my role is to engage with a person in their journey towards healing I provide a clinical and objective, nonjudgemental vantage point. I utilize my experience in motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and emotion focus therapy as a means of exploration and development of coping skills.
