Hello, I am a Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience working as a social worker. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including , anxiety, depression, PTSD, insomnia, grief, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, and military lifestyle. I started my career working with children and adolescents, moved from there to family counseling and currently specialize in working with the military. I have worked with active duty, their families as well as veterans. My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, strengths based and realistic goal setting to work towards a healthier and happier you .
