I am licensed clinical mental health counselor, board certified in biofeedback and neurofeedback in North Carolina with over 13 years working as a professional counselor and mental fitness coach. I work with teens, couples, athletes, business professionals, LGBT and I can provide support if looking for a faith-based support. I have worked with clients with a range of concerns including, stress and anxiety, sleep disorders, peak performance, motivation, self-esteem, confidence and depression. My therapy style is warm and interactive. I love supporting my clients with wherever they are on their journey.
