I am an empathetic and supportive Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Wisconsin committed to helping my clients build healthier lives. I have been working in the mental and behavioral health field for over 15 years with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and masters degree in social work, both from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. I have been clinically licensed for 3 years and have experience providing services in both hospital and outpatient settings. I primarily work with adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, addiction, stress, relationships, trauma, emotional distress and life transitions. My therapy style is guided by a trauma-informed approach and a holistic view. I see myself as compassionate and respectful and will individualize my approach to your unique needs. I approach challenges with an eclectic variety of methods rooted in client-centered, solution focused, cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT).
