I am a Licensed Master Social Worker and have been practicing for over eight years. My practice consists of a Strengths-Based Approach and the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well. I enjoy working with clients of all ages. I have a lot experience working with abuse, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss and self esteem. My counseling style is warm and interactive.
