I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida with over 11 years of counseling experience. I enjoy working with clients of all ages and from all walks of life. I have worked with clients in several environments to include the community as well as corrections. I have an open mind and want to provide a warm and encouraging environment. I want to encourage all of my clients by letting them know that trouble does not always last. The clients that I have worked with have a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, physical and emotional abuse, loss, parenting problems, and ADHD. I utilize varied counseling techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, person centered therapy, solution focused therapy, rational emotive behavior therapy, and psychodynamic therapy.
