I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years experience with a wide range in many areas including substance abuse, mental health, grief counseling and extensive work within the LGBTQ+ community. My therapy style is very interactive, compassionate and warm. My therapeutic modalities varies upon the client, no one person is the same. Some of the modalities used are Client Centered, Motivational Therapy, Mindfulness Based Therapy, CBT , Solution Focused Therapy and Psychotherapy.
