Hi! My name is Nasha Chapman-Colbert and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida. I have worked in the social work field for over 7 years and I have provided therapy based services for the last 3 years. I work with individuals, families, and children from all ethnic backgrounds and different socioeconomic statuses. My goal is to always meet my clients were they are and we work together to determine where they want to get to. Recognizing that help is needed is the first step and reaching out for help is the second. Everyone faces challenges and come across obstacles in life. True strength comes from searching within yourself and realizing that help is needed. Cognitive based therapy, client-centered therapy, existential therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy are a few evidenced based practices that I use.
