Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Maine with over 15 years of professional experience. I have worked in community mental health agencies, private practice, non-profits and schools providing support to children, teachers and adults. I also consult with educators and provide yoga and mindfulness classes in elementary schools. I approach my work with compassion, empathy and curiosity. I have extensive experience in helping clients with anxiety and trauma as well as support with motivation, self esteem, and confidence.
