A little bit about me. My educational journey consists of an associate degree in culinary arts, bachelor’s degree in human service management, and a master’s degree in counseling and guidance. I have been blessed to receive certifications and extended education in mood disorders, substance use, and trauma. I am trained in intervention through the ARISE network and prolonged exposure through Strong Star. I have really received my education through the countless professionals who have mentored me and inspired me and from the clients who have allowed me to walk alongside them.
