“Building Resilience Through Empowerment”, is the belief that guides me as a professional therapist. I believe that every individual has the power to overcome any obstacle they may facing. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Registered Nurse and I have an extensive amount of experience providing clinical therapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples and families . I earned a Masters of Social Work degree from The University of Central Florida in May, 1996 and I became a Licensed Clnical Social Worker in January, 2005. I’ve also earned an Associate of Science degree in Nursing from Valencia College in December, 2008 and became a Registered Nurse in February, 2009. All clinical interventions rendered are individualized based on each person’s needs. This eclectic approach has proven to be effective across all races and cultures . My therapeutic style is a team approach, which includes genuine and personable interactions as well as consistent support. I treat every individual with the utmost respect as I work with them to become the best version of themselves.
