I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado, Utah and Florida (pending) with 28 years of clinical experience working with youth, families and adults. My goal is to help people feel strong and confident so they can be the best version of themselves. Without judgement, I work with clients to create a safe environment for sharing thoughts and feelings. The therapeutic relationship requires attention and balance to create a trusting environment so one can heal and grow. I assist clients in learning about themselves to focus on what they want to change to improve their lives. I teach skills or techniques to support growth and I believe when life feels messy, its opportunity to grow and heal. I am trained in a variety of modalities including family systems therapy, solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy as well as other self discovery modalities such as archetypes, the enneagram and mindfulness . My focus is client- centered and encourages self discovery. My speciality is assisting clients with stress and anxiety, adjustment disorders, motivation, self esteem, transitions and confidence. I have ample experience with family conflict, parenting and relationship issues as well.
