I am a licensed in Virginia and New Mexico with 25 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with anxiety, depression, bi-polar, and thought disorder. I am trained in cognitive therapies for trauma, CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy) for PTSD. I have many years of experience teaching coping skills in DBT, (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy). My approach is mind/ body focused, and based in mindfulness. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
