I am a licensed mental health provider. In addition to contracting with BetterHelp, I have my own private practice, Continual Wellness LLC, and provide tele-mental health and Life Coaching to clients all over the world. I also have over 16 years experience working with school age children. Primarily now, I work with teenagers through late adulthood. I believe that you are living your life and therefore is the expert of yourself. Deep down, you have the answers for yourself too. At times we all need help and you are here for a reason and it does take courage. It can be a scary process to fully discover and accept all of you. My role is to help and utilize a variety of psychotherapy skills and strategies that you will learn so that you can experience your fullest life.
