I am licensed in Idaho with more than 16 years of professional work experience in medical social work and counseling. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I also have experience working with depression and adjusting to the life changes that medical issues can bring. For some people depression can narrow their focus and make it seem like they have fewer options than they do to change.
