As a counselor, I employ cognitive behavioral therapy, cognitive restructuring/reframing, and help you identify and address coping styles that are no longer effective for you, however, I tailor therapy to your needs. Together we will examine your core beliefs, dysfunctional assumptions, and your negative automatic thoughts,. We will work on replacing them. Although I am the counselor, our relationship is collaborative and we will work together to effectively define problems, set goals, and develop skills to manage these problems.
