I am licensed in Texas with 4 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, abuse, coping with grief, depression and loss. I work with all ages and use a person-centered approach to understand each client. I believe in helping a client holistically by using therapy that can improve all factors of the person: mental, physical, and spiritual. I have been trained in Christian integration counseling if desired by the client. I am a former elementary educator where I gained experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
