Hello! I am a licensed clinical social worker with certificates in marriage and family therapy and grief counseling. Over the years I have taken a nontraditional career path working in counseling, education, the arts, and management. My counseling style is supportive and interactive. My approach combines humanism, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, and ecopsychology. I believe that we all have the skills and solutions within us to solve problems, but at times we need guidance and support in doing so. It takes insight to realize that one needs to make changes in their life, and it takes courage to reach out to get help in doing so.
