I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, career challenges, BPD, and ADHD. I also helped many people who have experienced sexual trauma. Modalities of care that I use include, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Sandtray Play Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Animal Assisted Therapy and Yoga Therapy.
