My name is Wendy, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Minnesota. My typical availability is from 10am-3:30pm Central time (Monday-Friday). I’ve provided counseling to individuals, couples, and families for over ten years in a variety of settings. Some of the issues I have helped clients work through include relationship issues, communication struggles, depression, anxiety, parenting concerns, divorce and infidelity. While I tailor my therapeutic approach to each individual client and their specific needs, my overall approach to therapy is client centered, strengths based, and solution focused . I believe that we all have everything we need to live our best lives, and sometimes we just need someone to partner with us to provide support, help us focus on our goals, and process through all that this life can bring up for us.
