I work with individuals, couples, and families who are ready for something different. They have spent hours analyzing the problem on their own, and they are open to professional help. I have spent over a decade studying and practicing how to create change. I offer therapy that is built upon a conversation that helps – one that is focused on discovering solutions. I don’t believe we have to talk at length about the problem in order to make change happen. Hasn’t the problem taken enough of your time and energy? We will start day one of therapy working towards finding the change you desire. I am trained as a marriage and family therapist, which is a field of therapy that works with one person or multiple people in the therapy room. This means I am qualified to address problems from a larger perspective than just focusing on you alone. Because you are not the problem – the problem is the problem.
