My name is Whitney Flemister, LCSW “The Social Work GURU”, and I’m a mental health and wellbeing clinician. I’m passionate about helping people understand themselves better and find the courage to make positive changes in their lives. My mission is to provide comprehensive care that helps individuals improve their quality of life. I use evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and Acceptance Commitment Therapy to help people gain insight into their thoughts and emotions, work through difficult situations, and develop new coping skills.
