Hello! My name is Dr. Whitney Jenerette and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with skills and training in evidence-based practices. I primarily use Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy that focus on the unique needs of the individual. During my 8 years of experience, I have specialized experience in several areas including depression, anxiety, stress, and trauma especially in urban settings. I enjoy working with individuals who are new to the therapy process and who are willing to work toward goals.
