I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida and a Professional Counselor in Puerto Rico. In 2012 I earned my Master of Science degree in the Counseling Program at Springfield College. I have extensive experience working with individuals of all ages and with couples presenting with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, separation, divorce, relationship and family issues. In my approach to therapy I place the client’s thoughts and feelings first. I use up-to-date therapy techniques such as Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. I believe in respect, honesty and decency, in compassion and sensitivity. I want to help my clients overcome any obstacle that comes their way; to help them become the best version of themselves that they can be.
