I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, career difficulties, coping with life changes, & moving into retirement issues. I also have experience working with business owners, family businesses and leaders who have both revenue and expense responsibilities. I believe that part of my role is to give honest feedback and provide potential directions for you to consider. I do not provide addiction counseling, trauma therapy, or therapy for gender issues.
