I am currently licensed in California with 4 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with anxiety, substance use/addictions, family issues, relationship distress, self esteem, phase of life issues & depression. My past work experiences include private practice, working at a substance use detoxification facility, and for a mobile crisis response team. I am here to help in any way that I can, and take a solution focused approach with my clients. This includes giving homework, building coping skills that my clients can utilize to help with their symptoms, and helping clients in gaining insight into where these symptoms may be stemming from.
