Hello Healers, Life is not always easy, we have good days and bad days; however, we try our best to push through despite the hurdles we may be facing. Struggling with Anxiety, Depression, and/or life stressors can be intense; however, identifying these concerns and working on them step by step can be extremely beneficial for one’s life. As a holistic therapist, I believe healing happens when we focus on the mind, body, and soul. Overall, I am a well-rounded therapist, who meets my clients where they are. I am a therapist who is open to working with various populations and offering the services needed for individuals, couples, and/or families. Overall, My approach is to focus on individuals, couples, and/ or families’ immediate needs, while building rapport with each individual and creating a safe place for clients to explore and heal.
