I am licensed in New York with 16 years of professional work experience. I graduated from New York University School of Social Work while working full-time as a Child Welfare Case Worker. While working in child welfare, I obtained my certification in Solution Based Focused Therapy. I also received training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Person Centered Therapy. Every client is unique, therefore, I’m able to shift therapeutic modalities based upon the needs of my clients. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & career difficulties. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
